The best car buying experience I've ever had and I have had a lot!!! I bought a 2019 Audi S5 from here yesterday and can say I am truly satisfied and feel better about buying the car now than I did before buying it. Darren was such a pleasure to work with. We flew all the way from DC, early morning flight, and he sent someone to pick us up. That person was Tyler and he was truly great. Him and I had great conversations about cars, the Michigan car scene, the Michigan music scene, and the local culture overall. He was a wonderful and knowledgeable person and was a great welcome after our flight. Upon walking in Darren greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed any refreshments as well as how our trip was. While he was sorting out the paperwork Tyler gave me a tour of the facility, a really nice and unique space, where we talked about the inventory and the car I was buying. We were also accompanied by Darrens puppy :-) Darren finished up the paperwork in a swift and professional manner, it was so quick (less than 30 minutes)! While he was wrapping up we conversed briefly, he really was great. Once it was time to drive off, we said our goodbyes and told Darren we were thinking of getting food somewhere in the Detroit. He quickly advised us to against our plan, saying it was unsafe and instead recommended another place. This act of caring was greatly appreciated, and we thanked him for his advice. I purchased a vehicle from Daren at The Motor Mall over 2 months ago, so I've had some time to drive the vehicle, and have all the paperwork delivered and processed. I can't recommend the transaction and experience enough. I feel I got a quality car for a fair price and I was well-treated throughout. I found the car online, so flew to Detroit to test drive it and then drive it back. Obviously, I was putting some trust into the process by flying out there in the first place, so I was really hoping everything was on the up-and-up. I was not disappointed! Daren arrived early top facilitate my schedule, handed me the keys and told me to "take my time" on the test drive. I looked everything over with zero pressure, the transactions was quick and easy, and Daren even asked to know when I made it home safely. The title and registration arrived as promised in a timely manner. The whole thing could not have gone any smoother or easier, and I have the quality car I've been looking for with no issues. It probably sounds like I'm getting paid for this review, ha! I am still so impressed with the service/experience, I felt it was the right thing to do to leave a good review.

When we were in a pinch to find a vehicle, The Motor Mall assisted us in finding the perfect fit. While shopping, we were given the keys to multiple vehicles to test drive to find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we locked in on a 2016 Audi S6, which turned out to be a great buy!

I can tell you that Steve is a man of his word and said to let him know if I had any questions or problems. I did have a couple of small concerns and Steve took care of them with no problem, as well incurring costs and payment for getting the car back to top shape on his part. Was reluctant to drive the 45 minutes out to dealership, but was pleasantly surprised at their selection of vehicles. We arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and checked out the Yukon XL. My wife loved it and Daren explained that he had an appointment, but would come in Sunday morning for a test drive. We did and purchased on Monday. Absolutely great experience and Daren is the best. I got a great high quality vehicle with the options I was seeking at a very competitive price. Very easy to deal with, did not see any typical games played and they worked with me on better than expected trade in pricing. The used car I purchased was nicer than the pictures could have shown. Fantastic Experience! I was initially skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from an internet based seller. However, after finding an 2014 Acura MDX on Car Gurus listed by the Motor Mall as a 'Great Deal', I had to make the 2 hour drive to test drive the vehicle. Daren greeted me and immediately offered I inspect the vehicle, and offered a test drive with no pressure. The vehicle was in much better condition than the pictures eluded. Upon completion of a flawless test drive, I noticed a small crack in the windshield and made mention to Daren. Without hesitation, Daren said if I purchase there vehicle he would replace the windshield at no cost to me. To make a long story short, Daren rejected the first 3 windshields from his supplier due to compatibility concerns. At the end of the day, Daren has the most integrity, honesty and customer minded satisfaction I have ever seen. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Daren again.No questions asked.!!! Most honest car dealer ever!

Wow! I had been looking for months for the right vehicle for me and finally found it locally. Daren, the sales manager and Steve, the owner were both there Saturday afternoon and available to answer any ?'s or concerns (of which I had none) I might have had. Daren was very responsive via email and as professional as it gets as far as knowledge and processing my transaction. I had the keys in my hand in no more than 15 minutes after getting everything squared away on my end and sent over to the dealership Monday morning. Had an absolutely great buying experience here! I called and spoke with Anthony and he had the 2013 GMC Acadia pulled up and ready when I got there. The car was nicely washed and detailed, which was a nice touch, and all their vehicles are stored in their indoor facility to help keep them that way. I was able to test drive the vehicle and take it to my mechanic who had recommended this dealership. Steve made the financing and paperwork a breeze and had me driving the same day. I can't recommend the Motor Mall enough to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Great service and great prices!
